Wolfspeak. The wrestling match behind my writing, where I reveal I have absolutely no idea where I’m going. You’ll find whatever is grabbing, obsessing, and not letting go of my fevered brain. Lord, give me a sign. Wolfspeak isn’t  a “how to” blog for new writers—if you want advice on the way to legally split infinitives or cultivate your Facebook following, look elsewhere—but any writing wisdom I’ve purchased with blood will show up here eventually. I have no publishing schedule; to be notified of new posts, click here: EmailRSS

Just Add Father. My original blog, a chronicle of mindful fatherhood and my attempts to get the problem right.

Tinderbox Books. Begun as an informal collective of writers consipiring to support one another’s work, Tinderbox has evolved into a publishing home featuring an eclectic mix of genres and authors, of which I’m one.

Wolf on the Web. Collected articles of mine appearing around the web.

The Mysterious Mr. Pascoe

A

Wolf Pascoe was born to a roving band of gypsies in the mountains of Transylvania. Kidnapped by pirates when he was four, he was rescued, then adopted by the Queen of Romania, who sent him to Yale to learn martial arts and table manners.

After that: soldier of fortune, special agent for the CIA, marijuana farmer, clandestine lover of Elizabeth Warren.

Not really, but when you write with a pen name the sky’s the limit.

Wolf was actually born in August, 2010, to provide confidentiality when I began Just Add Father, the above mentioned blog.

Prior to that I wrote plays and poetry produced/published under my real name, and practiced my medical specialty, anesthesiology. I live with my wife Nora and our son Nick (also pseudonyms) in South California.
